At Atlantic Convergence, your registration fee covers entrance to the event for all three days. By registering, you’ll join a vibrant community of innovators, pioneers, and knowledge enthusiasts as we converge to drive positive change and shape the future together. Additionally, attendees are invited to network and engage with fellow participants during coffee breaks and lunch sessions, fostering valuable connections and collaboration. We look forward to welcoming you to Atlantic Convergence and facilitating meaningful interactions over shared meals and breaks.

We do not offer partial conference tickets for Atlantic Convergence 2024. AC registration provides access to all general content sessions and networking events, meals, receptions and expo hall, unless otherwise specified.

For attendees, you can expect to receive confirmation within the next 48 hours following your registration and payment submission.

For sponsors, confirmation will be provided within the next 5 days after your request has been submitted.

Similarly, for those securing a speaker slot, confirmation will be sent within the next 5 days after your request.

According to our Terms & Conditions, participants have the option to cancel their event participation at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation policy is as follows:

– If the cancellation is made up to four (4) weeks before the start of the event, there are no cancellation costs.

– For cancellations made between three (3) and one (1) week before the event begins, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event fees applies.

– For cancellations made less than one (1) week before the event begins, a cancellation fee of 100% of the event fees applies.

Additionally, participants have the option of naming a substitute participant who will attend the event in their place if they are unable to do so. We encourage participants to review the Terms & Conditions for further details regarding cancellations and substitutions.
